What are my chances of plea bargaining for a lesser offense?
Most criminal cases end in plea bargaining and not with a trial in court. Whether or not your charges can be plea bargained to a lesser offense depends on a number of factors including:

Was there an accident that resulted in an injury?
Was there substantial property damage?
Is the evidence weak or strong?
